Pu-er tea (\u666e\u6d31\u8336) is one of China’s most celebrated teas, produced exclusively in Yunnan Province<\/strong> using large-leaf (Camellia sinensis<\/em> var. assamica<\/em>) sun-dried green tea as raw material<\/p>\n
